Tool & Die Designer

Full Time position: Looking for a person with progressive die experience to work in our repair area. Candidate must have experience on tool room and measuring equipment and be self-motivated.

Quality Assurance Inspector

Full time, 1st shift position: Looking for an energetic candidate who is willing to work hard and be responsible for their own work. This is a fast paced environment where attention to detail is critical. Candidate must be able to work quickly and independently. On the job training offered to the right entry level candidate. Preference and better compensation would be given to candidates with basic computer skills whom are able to read blueprints and have experience using standard measuring equipment, (comparator, micrometer, indicators). Higher level candidate with quality assurance background and experience with lean manufacturing and / or SPC would receive higher compensation and challenging opportunities.

Maintenance Manager / Plant Engineer

Full time, 1st shift position: We are looking for a journeyman electrician / master mechanic or mechanical engineer. The ideal candidate would have the ability to do electrical wiring and maintenance including the industrial equipment. They would also have prior experience in controlling maintenance inventories, maintaining and upgrading preventive maintenance programs and developing and maintaining a safety and environmental compliance program. A higher level candidate would have supervisory experience and be able to perform cost justifications on modifications and improvements, source capital equipment and handle outside subcontractors for new equipment and expansion projects.

Progressive Die Designer

Full time, 1st shift position: We are seeking a progressive die designer to work in our engineering department. The ideal applicant would have at least 5 years of tool and die making experience and a minimum of 10 years experience designing progressive dies using AutoCad or similar CAD software.

Process / Industrial Engineer

Full time, 1st shift position: We are looking for an energetic engineer with a mechanical background and 3-5 years experience in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be anxious for growth and increasing independence over time in determining priorities and implementing them with limited direct involvement of management. We are seeking someone with knowledge of automotive quality requirements and lean practices including the ability to qualify suppliers, complete FMEAs, Control Plans and PPAPs, implement SPC / reliability principals, as well as 5S and lean manufacturing programs. New England Precision has been growing steadily since its origins in 1988, allowing plenty of growth potential for the right candidate.
