SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Setup and operate stamping presses. Monitor quality of your production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Follow standard procedures to set up and run production safely and to make good quality parts. Must be mechanically inclined, reliable and have good work habits. Good attention to detail and respect for heavy equipment.
EDUCATION LEVEL: High school or equivalent. Basic math skills.
EXPERIENCE: Will train the right candidate.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be on your feet all day and be able to move heavy tooling in and out of the press from a tool cart. Must have good vision and be able to learn to drive a fork truck.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES: We are seeking a progressive die designer to fill a full time position in our engineering department.The ideal applicant would have a minimum of 5 years experience designing progressive dies using AutoCad or similar CAD software.The right candidate could be considered for remote work.We offer competitive wages and an excellent benefits package.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Design progressive dies to stamp parts that meet customer drawings using AutoCAD. Our largest segment of business is the fire protection industry. We also do work for key, lock and building hardware, as well as automotive, medical and electronics industries.
EDUCATION LEVEL: Technical training as a tool and die maker / tool and die designer.
EXPERIENCE: 5 years experience in progressive die tool design
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Attention to detail.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Sort and repackage parts for shipment. Must have really good attention to detail and be able maintain focus all day. Need to be reliable.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Sort suspect product for bad parts. Lift boxes to piece count, label and package. Need to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math skills required. Need to be able to take direction and work well with other departments.
EXPERIENCE: We will train the right candidate.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift heavy boxes and be on your feet all day.
